I'm also looking for Live Chat. It isn't where you have instructed
Can't find it anywhere. It does seem to have disappeared.

If you open the EE app, there's a 'help' tab at the bottom. On the next screen, there should be a 'message us' button.
Are you a pay monthly customer?

Has anybody managed to find the live chat? Or knows why the function has ben removed?
it is the easiest way for me to contact due to my work hours, but it has gone.
I am trying to upgrade, i don't have the time for a drawn out phone call, and the social media chat team cannot help me properly.
Its a shame the function seems to have stopped

The live chat service is in the EE app, under the 'help' section. Have you tried upgrading through your EE Online account?

I had been frantically looking for the live chat to access on my laptop when I logged into my account and its gone! This function has been taken out by EE. I'm speculating that since the merge with BT, its a control agreement, which is bad for customers who are not with BT! I used my app and its painful trying to type fast on my questions, especially when its related to upgrades etc and the live chat on the app, the customer advisor takes the advantage to not respond or disappear from the connection. I even gone one step further and I am able to type through synchronising my mobile to my laptop so i can type quicker. Still no luck what a palaver! Last resort, as I type this post I'm waiting to speak directly with customer service, 9 min still waiting, however manage to get through a lovely lady. Expressed my constructive feedback requesting EE put the live chat box back on the EE website. Don't tamper with tech if it already works!
