I upgraded early yesterday online. It had no fee as I am in within 30 days of my contract ending.
I rang to confirm the order today. I was informed the order has not been processed and normally will not be until towards the end of the contract.
Why offer an early upgrade but then still have to wait for the actual phone to arrive towards the end of the contract date? Defeats the point really of an "early" upgrade. Confusing.

@Franklin171 It should be sent out literally as soon as you’ve ordered it ( a day or two ) so not sure why you’re being told differently.

As @Chris_B mentioned, as long as the device is in stock, the phone is dispatched within 1-3 days.
I'd recommend giving us another call so that a guide can get this investigated for you.

Yh I spoke to an EE guide via live chat through the app (messaging service) and they confirmed it all fine. Not sure why I was told differently.
