App not showing data, minutes or texts

My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

Is this actually being looked into? It's been 2 weeks, in August it was 3 or 4 days.

They say it is, but it had been down for a long time, this time...

@Hoschie2001 There's nothing wrong with the new app. It's the back-end from which it gets the data to display that's playing up. You get the same zero allowance on screen if you log into the online version of My EE at https://myaccount.ee.co.uk.

@Smalin We've been assured by moderators that it is indeed being looked into. Pure speculation: they're digging deeper down than last time because it broke again after only 2 months.

It must be a really serious problem to be taking nearly 3 weeks to fix!

I have a subscription pack for my son, but I don't know how to tell how much data is left this month. My allowances all say 0 and I have credit of £15. Neither of these things make sense to me.

Some explanation of how it all works would be most welcome.

Thanks

Ben

@Ben5411 , @olaf140880 : MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances. EE are supposed to be looking into it.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Today I found there’s no signal at all, l can’t call or use data, after I log in my ee app it shows 0 minutes and 0 data but my £15 package seems normal and there’s enough money in my account, I tried to shut off my phone and restart but doesn’t work, please check my account

Hello, same thing here, it should be like 50-60GB of internet but it shows 0 out of 0. Is there any problem with EE?

You bet there's a problem!  At the moment the only way to check your allowances is to text Al or Bal to 150.  EE will then send you a text with all the details.
