My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

I Bought a £10 pack for 4 gb and unlimited texts, but on the app, it says i have 0 GB so i was wondering why i can't actually see how much 4g i actually have.

@Tony466 , @Flyfish : MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances. EE are supposed to be looking into it.

Why has my calling minutes and texts gone to zero and my data reduced to 3GB when I haven't used that amount

I have had problems with the app since 4 November 2022. Since the maintenance work on 3 November I di not see my amount of data and minutes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times to no avail. When will the app issues be fixed

The phone & computer apps aren't working. You can text Bal to 150, and you'll get a text detailing all your allowanaces.

EE should roll out the old app. The new updated version doesn’t work!!!
