My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

My account on EE says that I've used over 7GB last week, while my phone says I've used less than 3GB. What's causing this difference? Is it possible to see a day by day usage breakdown from EE?

@535 : MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances. EE are supposed to be looking into it.

My internet allowance shown on the app is stuck at 0.0Gb despite still having internet.
My allowance renewal didn't t'fix the bug.

Close down the app then go into settings - apps/application management - find the EE app and clear the cache/data options.

It didn't fix it. I've just seen that my allowance is also shown at 0.0Gb on the website.
If I remember well, the bug was triggered when I reached 80% of my allowance last month.
