App not showing data, minutes or texts

My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

@Mustafa365 I think the excessive allowance is down to a miscalculation of how much boost data I get. It should be 2500 MB, not 42.4 GB!

Still, surely it's better than having less data than you thought?

@Mustafa365 Not really. I can't see EE letting you have for free the extra data above what you're supposed to have, even if the indication is that you do have that extra data.

I'm not taking that chance anyway.

But if it's their mistake, they can't very well charge you for it?

@grsdev : You're almost certainly right that MyEE calls upon the add-on interface to obtain usage figures & so these bugs are intimately related. I would have thought that the add-on page would be the same for contract as for PAYG even if the MyEE's aren't.

FYI: I can't force HTTP: under Chrome; it reverts to HTTPS: . But HTTP: is OK under IE & FF.

@XRaySpeX It works with Samsung Internet Browser as well.

It is possible to tell Chrome not to default to HTTPS by messing with the HSTS settings but it's a bit of a faff IMO.

Come on Chris. That’s not good enough it’s been down for weeks since you changed the app.

My remaining data mins and texts not showing on my app only showing 0 remaining

@William3591 : MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances. EE are supposed to be looking into it.
