App not showing data, minutes or texts

My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

Any idea when they will get their act together?

Mines been like this for weeks now …

I have just renewed my £5 pack which gives you 500mb data, 250 Mins and unlimited texts.

The pack has been renewed, however, under our allowances it is showing that there is no Data, Mins or Texts left.  This is showing in our account on our mobile and also on the website.

I know by texting Balance to 150 you can get this information, but normally it would be in my ee app and in my account on my mobile. This was great as you could see what you had used.

Is there is something I need to do to get this information back.

This has been an ongoing issue for over a week and there are already numerous threads on this forum about it.

The relevant teams at EE have been informed and are probably working on a solution (I doubt it's a business priority).

I just had same issue, no allowances showing. Community Forum says text AL to 150. Did this and expected allowances came back in text. I think main system is down for App.

From the EE app was able to see data usage, minutes used and text remaining, cannot see anymore, contacted EE online but they were unable to help??

For several days now i have not been able to see my accurate balance of Data. Calls and Texts on my EE PAYG plan (with a pack)

EE App - Zero of Everything but shows i have the £10 pack

Texting 150 - Calls and Messages Look Right but it shows i have more data allowance than i should have (even with the summer boost) - lucky me

Is this a general fault or shall i report it to EE?

MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances. EE are supposed to be looking into it.

We're currently investigating this. You're correct that texting AL to 150 in the mean time, it will tell you your allowances.
