App not showing data, minutes or texts

My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

Suddenly my balances for data, mins and texts are zero, I haven't used anything of these today, what do I do about this? I see this is a frequent problem with other customers too.

Yes I know that as the agent told me that today also on the 6th. But all the time I have had my MYEE which is years I check the allowance on the PC at  home, and its always told me the amount of GB and minutes and text so suddenly it disappears and says 0 of 0 that's what I am trying to find out?
EE says it a problem which they are looking into and could take up to 28 days which is a joke.

MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances.

This is not helpful.  Seems lots of people have the same problem, which applies to both app and website.  When will EE address this properly?

For the third week my account is showing zero allowances both online and on the app. I am able to text 150 for balance but prefer to monitor usage on app. How is this fixed ?

I have this problem too, with no balances showing on my online account and the ee app. Have been in contact with ee who told me that it was maintenance. A week later contacted ee again and they said that they will look into it. My balances are available by text though but I am not impressed with ee responses so far.
