App not showing data, minutes or texts

My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

@XRaySpeX Evidence does suggest that only PAYG is affected.

I have 2x PAYM lines, no problem with them. I quizzed 2 friends who have PAYM lines, no problem with them either. I also have 2x PAYG lines, both of which exhibit the "zero allowance" problem. All the other threads on this forum where users are raising the issue of not being able to see their allowance and balance have been commented on by PAYG users so far.

Thanks pal. I am on PAYG. I have a substantial amount of boosts so I want a quick way of checking on them.

@Wildie You can try texting BOOST to 150 but beware that you might get nonsensical results back. On one line of mine it's telling me that I have 42.4 GB of boosts when the maximum I can have is 3 GB...

Last week it showed how much data, how many minutes and how many texts I had left.

This week it does not.   Anybody have any idea why ?

I have the same and so does my family.

@TMNIrish , @JBIZ : MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances. EE are supposed to be looking into it.

I don’t see any of the usage related to my PAYG mobile account anymore and only get this info when texting AL to 150. This helps but I wanted to know when this will be resolved, as it pretty much makes the convenience of the EE App redundant! Any updates?

@JBIZ Well, umm... Yup. That's pretty much what this entire thread (and numerous others on the forum) is about.

The relevant people at EE are aware of the issue and we've been assured by moderators that they're working on it.

There are no updates as yet and we don't have an ETA. It'll just start working again at some point.

My app is also showing zero for everting despite topping up on recurring payment. This is extremely annoying as I like to monitor what allowances I have remaining. EE please sort this out ASAP.
