Allowances are showing as zero - data mins and texts

All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

Thanks. Is this the same to do if you have another mobile on same account.

Yes, because the app isn't working at the moment, and noone knows when it will be fixed.  

The EE app on my iphone has suddenly stopped showing any info on data, texts and minutes remaining. For example, data just shows ‘0data’. In fact I should have over 800 mb of data, nearly an hour of minutes and 35 messages, and this is confirmed by EE when I text ‘balance’. It’s only the app not working.  I’ve tried logging in and out and re-installing the app with no joy. Also, my wife has the exact same problem on her iphone. We’re both PAYG. Anyone got any ideas?

@Greglynes the post you're replying to is from 3 months ago when the issue was fixed first time around.

This is happening to me too, most frustrating, have tried deleting and reinstall, not even getting any allowances showing on the website.

I guess what we don't know, is if there's anybody out there who isn't having problems with the apps!  Are they working fine for some people?  Or are they down across the board?

@Mustafa365 I think the service is down for all PAYG users, but only PAYG users. PAYM seems unaffected.

By PAYM do you mean those with contracts?  

We also don’t know whether EE is actively trying to fix the issue or not.
