All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

@mixalis : This thread relates to an issue that occurred about 22 Aug. that was resolved within a week. A similar issue was noticed on about 1 Nov. This current issue is covered in the separate thread App not showing data, minutes or texts which is still unresolved after over 2 weeks. However there is some overlap present in this thread we are in.

The incorrect allowance balance on My EE has been reported to our relevant support team.
To access your allowance information please text BALANCE to 150.

You can't, you have to text Bal or Al to 150, and EE will send you a text message with your allowances.
