My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

Hi,
Any idea whhy the MyEE app does not show my allowance \ data usage on a sim only plan anymore? It use to but the app seems to have been updated and now it only shows 50MB data allowance and no usage. Texting BALANCE to 150 does return my correct data balance of 17GB though.

Basically in my ee app it shows I have no data after buying a new pack so I checked online and it also showed I have 0 data 0 minutes and 0 texts but when I text BALANCE to 150 it says I have unlimited texts unlimited minutes and 80GB of data so what's happening? and should I be calling ee about this?

I know that the text is correct and the app is wrong. I'm asking how to get the app to work correctly, or is there nothing I can do?

That's what I'm suggesting. There's nowt you can do but take the avoiding action I recommend.

I have no use for it myself. As merely a front-end to the real MyEE online, it only adds another level of complexity that can & does go wrong.
