My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

Ah okay. So I've just logged into MyEE online but it's just the same and shows no allowances.🙁

Could you add a screenshot of the allowances showing as zero in the My EE app?
Do you have the same if you log into your My EE account online?

I have no balance details for my PAYG phone on either the ee app or website. I can get the info by text but wonder why the info I require is not shown online?

Hi, I have just bought a £30 pack data today to be used immediately, EE says that I have 215 megabytes including the roll over but when I checked how much data remains, it doesn’t appear in the remaining data that amount that EE said I have to only it says I have 989 megabytes of the previous pack, what can I do?

@maikatamayo : MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Text AL to 150 to see your usage.
