Allowances are showing as zero - data mins and texts

All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

I've been having the same issue for the last week. Everything is zero'd out on the app and website.  However, texting AL to 150 did bring up my actual allowances.

I thought it was odd because all my allowances are still working. Maybe this is EE's way of quietly phasing out 4G for 5G? Just speculating.

This is the second time it has gone down this year.  The smartphone & PC  apps were having the same problems between 22/8 & 26/8 (about 5 days) last time.  This time, it's been down for just over a week (since about Tuesday 1/11)...

I was thinking exactly the same thing myself. Got to be something changed EE side as no new app updates etc, yet asked to log back in to the app just recently.

Fantastic eh?

There's a message now when you try to log in, saying they're making improvements.

This issue is shown as resolved, when it isn’t and therefore maybe not so visible to someone looking for issues that need to be addressed. Is there a way to change the status of this thread?

or create a new one?

@mixalis This was originally a thread regarding the outage in August. It was resolved but the service went belly-up again just over 2 weeks ago.

There are already numerous threads on the forum regarding this issue. There is no need to create yet another.
