Digital voice transfer from BT to EE

I have just renewed my contract with BT, who have transferred by full fibre broadband and digital voice and told that everything would transfer in one day.  Broadband was running instantly, but there was a 24 hour delay before the phones were back on, and then my contacts had all vanished, allthough I was told they would all be safely transferred.  Is this normal, or is there an issue with the transfer.

@JohnMASinclair5 As soon as you can you need to power the BT Smarthub2 back up, http://192.168.1.254 to get to the web manager on the BT router and you would be better to do this connected by ethernet cable from a pc/laptop, the phones are dumb, the contacts are all stored on the BT router and there is the ability to export those so that you can import them to the EE Smarthub+,  You have said  not this model, so will send link so you can compare pictures just incase as there is a few variants on it, the EE Router can only import, there is NO method to export ever, so you need to keep that file safe.

@JohnMASinclair5  not sure what issue you are having here.

BT DV uses a different system for contacts, so they were never automatically going to be transferred, that bit is down to you.

@JohnMASinclair5 What router was involved prior to the DV changeover and do you have the Advanced Digital phones from BT?

I had the BT Smart Hub 2, and the BT advanced phones, now on the EE smart hub, still with the same BT advanced phones.Sent from my Galaxy
