Broadband up and running, but lanline Alexa and Netflix not working, thanks in advance.

@Dougie26 When you say just up and running on BB, the DV system takes a couple of days to switch over correctly. Netflix no idea.

Ok I got the landline working so that's good, but Netflix Prime iplayer  and Alexa asks for the EE password but still a no go, but thanks for your reply.

@Dougie26 If these are all additional addon services then have you looked on the help above for assistance? Alexa if for the DV phone side, this is now non functioning and removed option.

@Dougie26   what devices are you using to watch Netflix. Prime and iPlayer? Are those devices connected via WiFi?

What do you mean no go? 

Yes managed to get Netflix etc working, just had an op on my eye yesterday so mistook a b for a 6, just have to work on Alexa now, thanks all for your help, much appreciated.
