@Min12 : I suspect you may have mismatching router & extender. There is no WiFi Extender WS10A. Do you mean SW10A? If so, The WiFi Extender (2023) (SW10A) is meant for the EE Smart Hub (2023) (SH20A), not any EE Smart Hub Plus.
Which EE router & WiFi extenders do you have (read label or post a pix)? Include the model no, SH?? & SW??, stated on the labels.
