When I try to connect my EE app to the hub using admin password as instructed just keeps going back to login page. Reinstalled app, rebooted hub but still can't connect to hub. Any ideas

https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/manage-use/change-wifi-admin-password#article-heading-2

depends what you want to  change if the router isint connected to wifi connect via Ethernet

open up a brower and enter 192.168.1.254

any security warning on browser click advenced and go there anyway

when it ask for a pasword Enter the admin password for your new hub, which is on the back of your hub. If you don’t know it,

hub manger page  should look simlair to this

if you need to change anything just use the hub manager for changing things until its fixed if you dont needed anything changing just leave it for now

has the admin password or the ssid password changed if not then it likely the app adding router to the app  just seems abit unnecessary anyway if you know your way around hub manager

Hi @Macey72

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you haven't already, could you try the below steps to see if you can get connected;

  • Make sure you're signed into the EE App using the same account that's linked to your Home Broadband service.
  • Try while connected to your home broadband WiFi rather than mobile data.

If you have tried these steps or if you're still having problems, please get in touch with our broadband tech guides and they will be happy to help.

Leanne 🙂
