@AliGr When did you move, did BT move you to EE, and in all of that was it ever mentioned that you required to have a landline? It takes day's for the DV side to catch up, if you have the BT Smarthub2 and the DV was connected to that, then put the BT Router back on to the Full Fibre network and see that the phone is still working. All the settings are stored in the BT Router if it is a true Advanced Digital phone, so you need to export them from the BT so you have all your contact settings.
