Welcome to the community. 

It sounds like you may be expecting a refund by cheque if this is coming out to your home address. 
Was the refund linked to a final bill for something? If so, you'd need to wait for any final bill to be produced first. If this was for something else, our team over the phone should be able to give you some timescales for when this will be completed.

When will a receive the refund I’ve been told I would receive in 3-5 working days that has been over 3 months since your adviser said would be with me if it isn’t at my address by Friday the 3rd of September I’m taking legal action as I’m being treated badly by ee if it’s possible to be sent to my bank account my details are mr ******* ******** sort code **-**-** account number ********
