Why had my discount been removed due to me upgrading to a new device? I am getting nowhere with customer services and have had to raise a complaint. They are saying this should have been added when ordering online. What they are not getting is that it isn't a discount code I need to generate this was added when I first made my order through a portal a year ago. The portal allows you to purchase only so when upgrading my current contract through EE my discount should be transferred? I was told this would be the case as long as my member is constant. Why is it now no one can apply the discount when abyear ago it was applied to my order via phone when I had changed my kind on which device I wanted to order. This needs to be resolved as I won't be paying full price for something just because I have upgraded using a supposed benefit I have been paying a premium for in the first place being anytime upgrade.

Which discount scheme are you referring to? Was it EE Perk?
