Linked but not recieving £20 discount -ee one

Hi I recently upgraded my mobile to the Samsung s25 ultra. I also have ee broadband but I am not recieving £20 discount ee one. My accounts are linked. Can anyone help?

The £20 discount is only valid on Flex Pay airtime plans or SIM Only, specifically the EE One offers for each.

If you are not eligible for Flex Pay and instead have taken a 24 month 'bundled' deal where both phone and airtime are a single payment, the £20 discount would not be valid.

I would advise calling EE Customer Services on 150 as they will be able to see the specifics of your account. There is no account access on these forums.

I recently upgraded my phone and I also have broadband. Why am I not getting my discount ee one benefit. Both my mobile and broadband are on the same account.
