Phone cut off before contract end date

I have two numbers on my contract. The end date states that my contract end date is the 28th October 2022; however, one of the numbers has been disconnected today. I pay my bill on the 2nd of the month, so I should still have a month left?

EE Perk code not working

I have the option to upgrade at anytime, it costs £100.00 to upgrade to the Samsung Z Fold 4, it will cost £100 a month.I applied my 20% perk code and it gives the message "Coupon is not applied due to invalid coupon code provided".Please explain

Hi my bill was due out today I can’t pay until the 20th how do I do this so I don’t get a bad credit mark? 

Military discount

With the 20% Military discount on a monthly contract, does the discount come off the monthly cost or just the upfront cost?Thanks

Contract

Hi, my contract has ended so it says I can upgrade. Am I at a point where I own my device? And can reduce my contract payment. I am going on Mat leave and keen to make savings where possible. What options do I have? Thanks, Ruth
