How do I view my itemised bill? I can’t see it.

I recently added itemised billing to my account and was told it would be available to see today. How do I see it? 
I’ve clicked download bill and it still isn’t itemized.

Your bills will only be itemised from the 1st bill after you add itemised billing to your account. It is not retrospective.
