Incorrect charges

I purchased the unlimited data add on that was advertised for £10 per month and I have just been charged over £20 for it incorrectly. Could someone advise?

Upgrade package

Package I picked IS £36 WAS £46, but when I get to checkout its says £46 a month. Will I still get it at £36? I'm confused
