I had someone call who was apparently from EE. He said it was for a discount on my bill and connect me to a Premier ee app. It took more than half an hour to relay my address and postcode because neither of us could understand what the other was saying.  Eventually he transferred me to his supervisor allegedly, who began the whole process again. Again there was problems with understanding.  Then the request for bank details came. I hesitated  wondering why bank details were required to receive an upgraded app. Having told her no, she seemed confused,  at which point I cancelled the call.

@Blairoak  that was a scam call. There is no premier EE app for a start and you did the right thing and hung up.
If you gave another order information like passwords/passcodes change them now.
