Various issues trying to upgrade

Trying to upgrade to S24 Ultra via either the app or website and encounter the following issues:

Both: when chosing the unlimited all rounder plan I do not get the option to select TNT sports as my optional extra. In the App specifically I don't get the option to select anything. However if I switch to 25gb all rounder it appears, though in the App it is the only option that appears.

 

Website: Regardless of what plan I chose when clicking through to go to checkout the actual details don't appear and the center screen stays blank white. I have to then go back into the app for the phone to be in my basket and proceed through checkout there, if I wish to continue... which I don't as I cannot select the plan/extra combination I want.

The best advice is to call and speak to someone about your upgrade options. 

Don't do it in a store though.

I've never had a good experience upgrading via 150 or in store. On 3 separate upgrades, including both as EE and back in the Orange days, I've been explicitly told options/packaged etc. would remain in place on my new contract only to find out after the fact they weren't. Then when I've raised the issue I've always been told oh this cannot be restored for X,Y,Z reason(s).

Problem is in recent years both the app and website have been so buggy & glitchy that it doesn't fill you with confidence their either. 

I've missed the promotion now anyways so guess I will hold onto my S21+ until the next one comes along and hopefully they've sorted out the issues. 😮💨
