My EE Linking Issue

Hello. I recently placed an order for an additional line over the phone, and the order got flagged as fraudulent which it wasn’t. So I had to place an order again, which has come and the phones working fine. 
but during this time access to My EE was blocked and I cannot get back in to link my mobile accounts to my EE. Nobody in the call centre seems to know how to fix it. I’ve tried resetting my password numerous times and also trying to link it to a new EE ID with a different email. 

please help

@scallydeejay  You can not setup a new EE ID as you already have one for the devices.  Trying to reset the password will not help also.   Everything you are trying to do above is how someone will try and hack an account.    Please read THIS  you should have been sent an email when the account first got locked so you can unlock it.
