Hi,

I recently upgraded my mobile phone and also broadband and had two returns bags with two different return addresses on which is baffing as to what goes in what bag and to which depot.

Ones to Bt/ee returns Yorkshire distribution centre  which I would assume be the old mobile be returned here?

And the other bt returns Scottish distribution center which I'd assume would be for the bt hub to go too??

Can I bag both bt hub and phone in one bag and send to the bt/ ee Yorkshire depot or send them separate bags (but which ones) to the Scottish or Yorkshire depots?

Not very clear at all! Lol

Tia

@david-4486 : Why would you need to return your mobile phone if all you've done is upgrade it?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hey,

Sorry meant traded it in. They had an offer if you traded in your old phone you'd get your monthly bill cheaper.

Thank you

@david-4486  You’ll need to call customer services.  The bags have IDs on them so they know who it’s from when they scan them,  if you send both to one place and the phone doesn’t go to the correct place you’ll not get the cheaper tariff because of the return as it’ll be a failed return.  They have to go to the correct addresses.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you Chris,

I shall phone them weds when I have my next day off work

Thanks again 🙂
