Purchased a SIM only.
waited over 7 days for delivery
had to call customer services number and wait over 60 minutes.

I would have expected the SIM to have arrived by now. Did you manage to speak to anyone over the phone for help?

Hello.
Waited 1 hour 54 minutes for customers services. See attached screen shot.
Customer services placed me back into queue twice.
While waiting I researched another provider online and purchased Sim elsewhere.
i have been with ee/orange for a long time - 14 years
i will be leaving them now as so bad. I will recommend to everyone to not use this company.

At least by purchasing online, you'll have the option of the statutory 14days "change of mind" right of return if your alternative network doesn't have the expected service levels.

I am sorry that this was your experience @MattR1974.
Was it a renewal of an existing number on SIM Only or a new SIM Only plan?
