I ordered the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL online last week - and because I am trading in my current device my order was on hold. Then it took 2 days of waiting on the phone to speak to someone who then cancelled and recreated a new order for me on 15 August.
I have my order number and have been checking the tracker on a daily basis but so far there is zero information or update on the order.
When are these devices shipping? Surely I should see the "your device is shipping in 24 hours" option by now?
I know this is a big release by Google but my experience so far with EE has tainted my view a little, after being a good customer for nearly 10 years.
Edit: I was informed by the sales team that the new phones should be shipping from Monday 19 or Tuesday 20 August but nothing so far.

Offical release date is Tomorrow, So I would assume picked, Packed and Picked up by DPD today. I recommend logging into the DPD app with your Email address that EE have and tracking through there, Its usually more up to date then EE.
For the record, when I got my Fold 6 on release day I didn't hear anything till 11am the day of delivery, so don't dispair.

I just received my DPD tracking info via text with my 4 digit pin. So looks like will receive tomorrow.

I've had the same issue. The tracking for mine shows as dispatched and that was last week, I've not received the pack to send my trade in back but continue to get reminders that they want it before the 1st

They'll be able to check up on what's happening with the delivery, and ensure you're not left out of pocket for the trade-in request too.
