My phone EMI 90 pound but Two time 175 pound cutting

I am Mr Suraj  I contract with EE for 15promax apple phone EE center from illford give a phone ist time 30 pound cutting for my account  and after 20 day two time 175 pound cutting for my account but center service man ask for your EML per mounth 90 pound so I my guessing for EE  why are you to time cutting for 175 pound and ist time my two sim contacted in 6mounth but 6 mounth is finsh why are u extra charge  so so costly EE
