Dispute credit decisions

I would like to dispute the credit decision of EE that brought about a ban placed on my account. I called the customer service and I was informed that I could not proceed with my contract because of the ban.

Here is the BAN NUMBER : *****

This is inconvenience and would like you to reverse the decision.
