Crap service

How the f**k can EE still be trading???They refuse to speak to customers!They refuse to send out bills!If the DD is 1.2 seconds late, they send in the debt collectors!F**k**g disgrace.

same - security deposits, itemised billing charges - none mentioned in the (long) call it took to sign up - now many calls to get it all resolved/removed
