I’ve paid my bill but it’s not showed up on the app. This is and hour later and still nothing. What do I do? I have the proof on my banking app.

If the funds have left your account, please allow 24 hours for this to update. If your payment isn't showing after 24 hours, please get in touch and a Guide will be happy to check this for you.
