Website broken?

The website seems to be broken or just badly designed . Tried to download recent bills. I could down load the current bill but it only printed as 5cm by 4cm image. Increasing print % only moved it off the page, so yes bigger but less image. Previous ...

Upgrade

Hi,  I’m due an upgrade for both my phone and my watch. It lets me upgrade my watch online no problem but when I want to upgrade my phone it’s saying there are no plans available on all phones I look at. How can I upgrade online?
