Upgrade

Hi.  My contracted ended last August but on my ee account it says that I'm not yet eligible for an upgrade.  Is that correct?ThanksPaul

Unable to sign in

I upgraded recently with the addition of re perk as I work for the NHS. I received a email asking me to confirm my number however I am unable to sign in to ee perk after repeatedly trying.

Itemised Bill

Hi all, just started a new contract and asked for itemised billing not to be included as it had in my last contract. But I am still being charged for it althoughthe rest of my new contract is as agreed.
