Upgrade - no plans available

I have been past my upgrade date for 319 days now and it says i can upgrade until I click on any phone/plan and then it says “sorry there are currently no plans available” why? I’ve been a loyal customer for years now and never had an issue upgrading...

Setting up a direct debit

I’m trying to set up a direct debit but someone else is paying for their phone and mine at the same time. Is there a way of just taking my number off their direct debit and create two separate direct debits? Thanks

I have direct debit set with ee . And all sudden they took 70 pound out of my account. And top the app is not even working what are they playing at no one answer the call either I can’t even see why they charged me that much
