Am on contract with ee and I don't know why my charges for this month is higher than last month with £8 difference, Last month I paid 21.86 and in Oct I paid £29.86 WHY?

Not Eligible for Upgrade

I did a SIM swap a week or so ago from eSIM to physical in readiness for the new iPhone and since doing so MyEE it says I am not eligible to upgrade although I was previously. It's not limited to my account and is doing the same on my partner account...

Refuse delivery?

I upgraded my contract over the weekend in order to get a Pixel 7. The phone was not delivered today as DPD had an 'unplanned incident'. This has caused me to reconsider and I no longer want the upgrade as I've also checked the costs and am surprised...

Cannot upgrade online

Why can I not upgrade online anymore. The queues are horrific and this would solve all my ptoblems but for some reason you cannot upgrade online anymore. Whats going on EE?
