Hi I’ve recently got this months phone bill and I’m just wondering why it is £91, it is usually around £60 and I added the £12 roaming abroad for this month only as I’ve just come back from Portugal, please can you get back to me about these extra charges thank you!!

Hi @Louisevina,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

What are the extra charges listed as on your bill?

James

I can’t get on my bill for some reason, I do have a cap on my account so it shouldn’t be £91 I added the roaming on just before going away which was an extra £12 for this month thank you

The Roam Abroad Pass is £15 per billing month. If you added it before your billing date & kept it beyond your billing date you will have been charged for 2 months, which adds up about right.
