Unusual bill amount

Hi 

my Acc has been suspended for none payment of bill. It’s only one month since my account was started. It says 73 gbp outstanding amount. How is that possible?

@Gandara   You are billed pro rata not in arrears so you would have receive a bill a few days of this tariff starting.  That bill should have been paid within 7 days.
