Hello, I have some friends that has got the early upgrade fee waived because they took out a more expensive plan. Is this something I can do?

Invoice cannot be displayed

I’m trying to download my latest bill but I keep getting an error even when I try to view it. My previous months invoices are visible.my billing day is 23rd. is there an idea when the problem may be resolved please?

EE price comparison websites.
