selling phone

Hi

My account payment is overdue... when I tried to sell the device it had mentioned there was a problem with the IMEI it was either blocked, lost or stolen?? I would prefer a different phone, and the money from this will help with paying for the amount. Times are a bit hard atm...

@cobee10xo   If the device is blacklisted then this will remain until you pay what you owe.     EE do not have to remove the blacklisting of the device just so you can sell it,  you have broken the T&Cs of the contract by not paying your bill.
