My contract has been finish

My contract ends April 24th. I don't want to upgrade. All I want is a SIM card and a cheap 12-month internet contract. What should I do? Because that month I won't be in UK.

Unable to sign in

I upgraded recently with the addition of re perk as I work for the NHS. I received a email asking me to confirm my number however I am unable to sign in to ee perk after repeatedly trying.
