Contract upgrades

Why does it cost more to upgrade when your an existing customer than it does to start a new contract with EE I’ve looked and to get the same deal through upgrade it’s at least £20 more then doing it as a new customer surely you should be looking after your existing customers better seems I may be looking at a new provider

It depends on the value you bring as a customer. if you speak to EE CS on 150 they will discuss what options or discounts they can offer.

Yep same issue for me and also when they gave me an option to trade in my old phone iPhone 12 Pro Max it also costs more. How does this that work lol. I certainly will be leaving if this goin to be the case. Shocking!
