@abstraction3000 You call customer services and give 30 days notice as per your contract agreement with EE. If you’re still within your contract term you’ll be required to pay off the contract to the minimum term date. And why is it a rip off because you was more than happy with it when you took it out.

@abstraction3000 : It's no rip-off; it's what you agreed to.
These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away.
