I’ve been with EE for at least 10 years and I’ve been trying to get a PAC code but I just keep getting looped round to my ee after saying this service isn’t working. I shouldn’t have to call you sitting in a queue for ages you should be contacting me to see what you can offer which looking at your current offers isn’t much especially if I look at comparison websites you seem to have better deals. When will companies start rewarding loyalty without having to get in touch threatening to leave.

@JMK01 : As you want to keep your number, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.
