Awful customer service

Just had an appalling experience with customer service. Was looking to pre-order the Samsung S23 Ultra but working out the costs over 2 years, a new EE contract was more expensive than dropping my tariff down to Sim Only and buying the phone outright...

Billing

Hi, I transferred over to EE from BT and only had the phone for two weeks (if that) they have taken a bill payment out my account today but I've also paid BT this month is this normal for EE ? 

Increase in monthly charge

Increase in monthly amount to more than£30 when I have my own phone and only need EE SIM. I’ve been a customer for many years. Seems unfair and now thinking if changing my provider. 

Bill payment

I have a direct debit setup on my account. However, I changed it recently, and I am not sure of the account that was going to be debited, so I made I payment. The estimated amount is 71 pounds but I made 72. Will I still be directly debited?

Bills

Hi I just upgraded my plan and just received the new phone today. My current old plan is billed and deducted from me every 4th of the month. My new plan now is every 27th of the month. My question is, will I be billed twice this month?

New contract

My 24 month contract expired August 2022 and I found a new 24 month contract plan with ee which is much better and cheaper. Will my old plan automatically be cancelled once I receive my new sim card? Thank you
