Hi I'm due to upgrade tomorrow and I'm wondering how it works. I'm currently on a sim only plan and I wondered if I would be credit checked or limited to what phones I could upgrade too. Customer service don't have a clue so thought id ask here.

The need for a credit check would vary based on your history with EE and the type of plan/device you are upgrading to.
Our upgrades team will be happy to take you through your options if you get in touch on 150.
