Hi
On 12th of Dec my i called EE to help me as my phone was lost.
I've explained the whole scenario they told me to wait for 72 hours for some checks.
Today i called them for the follow up the said due to the load of work your claim is under process.
Very bad & poor service. I will not recommend anyone to use EE.

Read your policy wording specifically how to complain and follow those instructions.

I'm sorry to hear there was a problem with your claim.
Did the team mention why you weren't eligible for a next day replacement?

No they didn't mentioned why i am not eligible for next day replacement.
They have just shared a reference number nothing else.

Hi Guys still no update regarding my phone claim.
The representative has filed a complaint a complaint on my behalf & I haven't get any complaint number till now 😂😂
