My phone is damaged and won't work - can't find the insurance claim on my profile - need to get a replacement asap - can someone help

I am sorry to hear your phone is damaged and you are unable to use it.
If you have access to your My EE account it will show in there what insurance cover you have if any. Here is information on how to Make an Insurance Claim
